Originally dubbed "Teewinot and Les Trois" by the Shoshone and eventually 19th century French trappers respectively, our amazing three peaks survived a handle or two before landing on The Grand Tetons.
While original talks suggested that the Tetons be folded into the 1872 first park dedication with Yellowstone, it was 1929 when President Coolidge passed order to establish the Teton Range and lakes as its very own national park - and rightfully so.
The Tetons boast youth and tenure as part of their iconic feature. A portion of the 40-mile-long Teton Range is the youngest range in the Rocky Mountains (formed a mere 6 million years ago). Still, there rocks in the park which represent some of the oldest in North America (formed over 2.5 billion years ago - yes, that is billion with a "B" !!!!).
Our LES TROIS BADGE design is a tribute to the young and the old, to the dauntingly gorgeous visual represented by "the three teats" which we're proud to boast sit 100% in our amazing squarespace.

The technical jargon you also need to know and sizing details above to ensure you get the best fit:
Surf Wyoming tees are made with a beautiful combed cotton/poly jersey, a 60/40 blend; preshrunk and fitted nicely against the body [not that boxy, heavy, scratchy stuff they sell at truck stops – nothing against truck stops, mind you]. If you want a looser fit, we recommend that you size up as our products fit true to size in a fitted way.
And fellas, our tees make you look and feel like a million bucks – ridiculously soft and comfortable with a broken-in feel. They’ll quickly become your go-to favorite that you can't wait to pull over your head!
